Custom wheels
When standard wheel diameter, tread width, tread material, wheel center, bearing or mounting structure cannot meet the application, customization can be discussed based on drawings, samples or site conditions. Materials, load, dimensions, tolerances, tooling, MOQ and lead time all require project confirmation.
Useful files to submit
- Existing wheel photos, samples or drawings
- Wheel diameter, tread width, bore, wheel center, bearing and mounting structure: to be confirmed
- Equipment total weight, speed, floor, temperature, medium and usage frequency
- Quantity, packaging, target delivery date and export requirements: to be confirmed

Communication suggestions
- First check whether a standard model can replace it to avoid unnecessary tooling.
- If not replaceable, confirm drawings, samples, materials and quantity.
- High-risk applications should run sample testing before bulk production.
- Formal commitments are based on drawings, samples, quotation and contract confirmed by both parties.
