Wheel and caster mounting guide

Before mounting, confirm top-plate size, hole spacing, bolts, support surface, wheel diameter, tread width, swivel radius and equipment center of gravity. The following content supports site structure and customer communication; formal parameters must be confirmed against product drawings.

Pre-mounting checklist

  • Mounting hole spacing, plate thickness, hole diameter and bolt grade: to be confirmed
  • Whether the mounting surface is flat and rigid enough: to be confirmed
  • Total load, load per wheel, safety factor and impact conditions: to be confirmed
  • Whether brake direction, swivel clearance and pedal position suit the application
