Caster brake systems

Wheel brake
Mainly limits wheel rolling and is suitable for parking control. Brake force, pedal direction and tread wear affect performance; parameters to be confirmed.
Direction lock
Used to limit swivel movement so a swivel caster runs in a set direction. Structure and locking angle need model confirmation.
Total lock brake
Limits both wheel rolling and swivel movement, often used for equipment that needs stable parking. Fit and service life need confirmation.

- Pedal direction and available operating space.
- Whether the equipment is used on ramps, under vibration or frequent movement.
- Whether wheel locking, direction locking or both are needed.
